As a HERO of child sexual abuse prevention, your recurring donation helps make the protection of children possible and allows us to help children heal and give comfort and hope throughout the investigation of child abuse to the
child and family. Monthly giving is the easiest and most efficient way to support Child Safe of Central Missouri.
H - Hear
Help us hear their stories. The best thing to say to a child who discloses abuse is, “I believe you.” Because 96% of reports are in fact true. Make this problem one we can talk about, which is the first step toward making it one we can solve.
E - Educate
We can protect more children by educating the community about child abuse. We want the community to know the facts and the warning signs of a child that’s in danger and knows how to report it – lives can be saved. Help us continue to educate the community and keep children safe.
R - Reach Out
Reach out and report child abuse immediately. When a child comes to Child Safe, your donation supports our forensic interviews allowing children to only share their traumatic experience once instead of multiple times reducing the times, they have to relive their trauma.
O - Overcome
Overcome the pain to begin to heal. Donations help us provide for children and families with forensic interviews, family advocacy services, therapy Services, and additional needs of the family. All free of charge to the families.
